Specifications

AT32UC3B1256: 256KB of flash, 32KB of RAM, on board USB, up to 60MHz CPU clock with 1 wait state access to flash, DSP instructions

Integrated Device Firmware Upgrade capability (DFU) - programming over USB out of the box. No need for an external programmer, just the Atmel FLIP software or dfu-programmer (Open Source). Can recover DFU functionality even if user firmware does not work.

Integrated 3.3V output voltage regulator, 5V input, 150mA supply capability (MCP1702)

On board 12MHz crystal (feeds the on board PLL to allow numerous operation frequencies)

Reset button, DFU boot button

AVR32 JTAG header (requires the JTAGICEmkII or the AVR ONE!)
